Delete your ExamGrid account

You can delete your ExamGrid account and all of your personal data at any time. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

If you still have the app

  1. Open ExamGrid and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings.
  3. Under Privacy & data, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Email examgrid.official@gmail.com from the same Google address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my ExamGrid account”. Sending from that address is how we confirm the account is yours. We will delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Everything personal: your profile and Google details, every exam and game you have taken, your scores and ranks, your streak, your mistakes and saved questions, your subscription record, and your notification settings and device token.

What is kept, and why

Anonymous usage counts remain, with the link to you removed — they say how many people opened a screen, not who. We also keep a record that a deletion took place, so we can show the request was honoured. Neither can be traced back to you.

Deleting your ExamGrid account does not delete your Google account. To remove ExamGrid’s access to your Google profile, visit your Google Account’s “Third-party apps & services” settings.
